These include pre-purchase and, individual component systems: biannual roof and sealant inspections, air conditioner and heater efficiency, propane leak detection, “Hot Skin” electrical detection. We provide preventive maintenance services like: annual air conditioner coil cleaning, black, grey and water heater tank cleaning, oil sample analysis for motor conditions. A pre-purchase inspection includes a thorough evaluation of the RV’s cosmetic, structural condition, electrical systems, plumbing, roof condition, all sealant and, safety features. We also check for water intrusion, tire condition, and all appliance functionality, providing a detailed report of our findings.

Typically, a pre purchase inspection takes between 8 -10 hours, depending on the size and condition of the RV. Then the report has to be compiled, usually submitted within 24 hours. We ensure a thorough assessment to give you peace of mind before your purchase.

While we do not offer warranties on inspections, we do certify that the conditions are as photographed and stated in the report at the time of the inspection. We provide detailed reports with photos and or videos, with recommendations for any necessary repairs. Before and after testing is done on efficiency repairs. Repairs with parts do come with the manufactures warranty. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions about your RV investment.

Yes, a digital report with labeled photos and explanations of all findings is included with the inspection. Usually the report is available within 24 -48 hours, depending on the extensiveness of our findings. This report helps you understand the condition of your RV, and any necessary actions that need to be taken. The report will not be shared or forwarded to anyone except the purchaser. It is your paid for property, we suggest you do not share this with the seller. Only provide a list of your demands for the sale to continue.
